Different Portrait Poses - Page 24
The following pictures were taken with two lights. The main light is to
camera left at about 45 degrees. I had on it my new 60" umbrella that I
was reflecting the SP-6400 out of. Fstop was set for f13. The kicker
light was on the right shooting through a 45" white umbrella at about a
f11. The background is a new black one that I just got in. With the
lights it looks gray, but it's really black. I found if I use a darker
background that it fooled the photo processing into thinking the picture
needed more exposer, bringing out the dark hair more. The box was made
out of fence boards screwed onto the pressboard platforms that I had built
a few weeks ago. With the boards I can shoot without paper or cloth on
them if I want.
