Different Portrait Poses - Page 21





Here is a picture of Chevelle after I made some changes to the lights. This picture is set up with the main light set at F19 and positioned at about a 50 degree angle for Chevelle's nose. It is reflecting out of a 45" white umb rella with a black backing. The kicker light is positioned to the left (as looki ng from the camera) and back just a bit behind Chevelle. It is shooting through a 45" white umbrella and set for F9. The front fill light is very low shooting through a 45" white umbrella and set for F5.

 







This picture was after I made some more changes. The paper was starting to get torn from the toenails pretty bad so I just cut it off and put the gray carpet on top of the platform. The changes I made in the lighting was to set the main for F16, the kicker for F8 and the front fill for F11. I also aimed the kicker light more towards the background and I did the same thing for the main. This helped even out the color of the background as well as feather the light hitting the front of Chevelle.
